Healthy Recipe for Bar-B-Q Chicken



Bring sauce ingredients to a quick boil in a skillet and add chicken pieces. Cover tightly and simmer until done, turning several times (about 30 minutes). Remove chicken to serving platter and keep warm. If sauce is thin, raise heat and continue cooking until thickened. Spoon one-sixth of the sauce over each piece of chicken and serve.
