Cauliflower Crusted Pizza Recipe

Preheat oven to 450 degrees and place greased cast iron skillet in the oven to heat up. Mix cauliflower, egg whites and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Feel free to add any seasonings to the crust at this point. Pour ingredients into a greased hot cast iron skillet and spread evenly. Then add pizza sauce, Canadian bacon, remaining shredded cheese and pineapple chunks. Bake on the bottom rack at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then move to the tip rack for 15 more minutes or until golden brown.
