Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, cream cheese, and parmesan in a bowl. Mix until smooth, Coat 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Spread mix into baking pan evenly. Bake for 30 minutes until crust is firm and lightly brown. Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees. Mix tomato past, oregano, basil, salt and garlic. Add water until mixture is a sauce like consistency. Spread sauce over crust evenly. Top with Mozzarella and toppings of your choice. Bake for 15 minutes.
