Stir together beans and 2 T of the salsa in a small sauce pan over low heat. Cook until heated through. In small bowl beat together eggs and water. Coat a 10" skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium high. Pour in egg mixture. Scrape edges of mixture until egg mixture and sprinkle the cheese on the same side. Fold the egg mixture in half. Place on plate and garnish with remaining salsa.
