It’s crucial to have support and advice from others who are undergoing bariatric surgery. Journey Clinic provides a comprehensive weight loss support group in a safe, confidential environment. Meetings start with an educational topic and then break into open discussion. Weight loss support groups are held on the first and third Thursday of each month at noon and 7 p.m. The noon session is led by a registered dietitian from Norman Regional’s Journey Clinic.
The dietitian-led noon-hour support group meeting will be held via Facebook Live on our No Excuses support group page. The 7:00 pm support group will be held in-person at the Norman Regional Moore Conference Center, 700 S. Telephone Road. Moore, OK 73160.
