Courtney Lundy, RD/LD, joined Journey Clinic in May 2019, bringing with her five years of experience in bariatrics and weight management and two years of experience as a hospital dietitian. She is excited to continue working with patients to achieve their weight loss goals at Journey Clinic.
“It is extremely rewarding to have a hand in the transformations experienced by both medical and surgical weight loss patients,” Courtney said. “I am grateful for the opportunity to help guide patients to make lifestyle changes that will positively impact their overall health.”
Courtney received her degree in secondary education, but decided to return to school to pursue her passion of health and wellness. She attended the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center’s Dietetics program.
Courtney was raised in Choctaw, Oklahoma, where her parent’s still reside. She enjoys relaxing with her husband and fur-babies, spending time outdoors and cooking. In her free time, when she is not bailing hay or teaching yoga, Courtney loves to travel the world. Her favorite destination is anywhere she can enjoy both the mountains and the ocean.
